Day 1 Friday Mar 3rd, 2017 Fly to Denver: Please meet Julia & Tom III at Airport (Please arrive at Denver Airport before 11:00PM) We have 2 rental SUV. Carpool from Denver to Vail. Day 2 Saturday Mar 4th, 2017 Ski full day at Vail Day 3 Sunday Mar 5th, 2017 Ski full day at Vail Day 4 Monday Mar 6th, 2017 * Carpool back to Denver at 5:30AM. * Arrive airport approx. at 8:00AM. Suggest flight after 8:30AM. Accommodation: (We have 2 Vacation Homes!) This newly remodeled condos offers all the comforts of home including Large Spacious Rooms, Spectacular Mountain Views, Large Fireplace, and Washer/Dryer. Condos are centrally located in Avon Colorado on Nottingham Lake which is considered the Center of the Vail Valley. 1st Home (1640 sq. ft) is on 2nd floor with 3-bedroom/3-bath. 2nd Home (1322 sq. ft) is on 4th floor with 3-bedroom/3-bath. Two condos total beds for 20 people. * The hot tubs and pool are spectacular. The kitchen is well equipped. The fireplace is perfect after a great day of skiing. * Just minutes walking to Shops, Restaurants, Bars, Health Club. Includes free shuttle from the condo to the Gondola!! * The condo has a beautiful view of Beaver Creek and Bachelors Gulch ski resorts and is located just 8 miles from Vail. Just 200 yards away, you can take the free town bus to Vail, Beaver Creek, Bachelors Gulch, Avon and Arrowhead. There is also a front desk and management office on-site to assist you with any additional needs or to schedule activities in the Vail Valley. * The front office offers Discount Ski Passes and Discount Ski Rentals also available through Charter Sports. Trip Cost: $288 (Early-bird) $298 (Regular Rate) Inclusions: * 3-night Condo accommodations at Vail * Transportation between Denver/Vail * Event Host * 3 Breakfasts * Happy Hour drinks and snacks Exclusions: * Air fare to/from Denver * lunches during the trip * Lift tickets and ski rental * Gas for the SUV (Share at the end of trip) Ski Trip Cancellation Policy: Cancellation penalties apply to all Ski trips. A minimum administrative fee of $50 for 3 Day weekend trips. In the event a cancellation occurs before a trip leaves and a replacement is found, deposits and payments will be refunded, less the admin fee and any fees charged by the Hotel (if applicable).
