COST: $140 - Transportation + Room (Double Occupancy) + Happy Hour (Early-bird) $145 - Transportation + Room (Double Occupancy) + Happy Hour (Last Week) $75 - Bus Only The Package cost includes: A. The bus cost and gratuities B. Breakfast & lunch on the bus C. Hotel accommodations D. Happy Hour E. Snack and drinks on the bus when we come back. CAN I HAVE MY OWN ROOM? All rooms are based on double occupancy, if you are bringing a friend, that is great. Otherwise we will match you with a compatible roommate. If you want your own room, you will pay $65.00 more. Each participant agrees to indemnify and hold the organizer(s) harmless from any and all liabilities, and, to release all liability in participating this activity at his/her own risk. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation penalties apply to all Ski bus trips. A minimum administrative fee of $25 for weekend/bus trips. In the event a cancellation occurs before a trip leaves and a replacement is found, deposits and payments will be refunded, less the admin fee and any fees charged by the Hotel (if applicable).
