| Come and spend an afternoon at a 12 acre private estate. Featuring a upscale mansion and manicured gardens with a beautiful balustrade overlooking the south bay and heated pool.
This is a beautiful Estate & Vineyard with ample parking for all. Prepare yourself for a wonderfully exciting and romantic afternoon. Hikes up Mission Peak (10:30AM to 12 Noon) Poolside BBQ (12:30PM to 2:00PM) Wine Tasting Swimming & Hot Tub Plays volleyball and Ping-pong Card Match Game Prizes to 10 best Spring Dresses DRESS TO IMPRESS: The theme of the party will be Spring. Please dress in spring color dresses or outfit. DIRECTION: From San Francisco: Take I-880 south to Auto Mall Parkway. Turn left (east) and go past I-680 (Auto Mall becomes Durham Rd) and past Mission Blvd (Durham Rd becomes Cougar Dr). Then see below. From San Jose: Take I-880 north to Mission Blvd/I-680. Turn right on Durham Rd/Cougar Dr. Then see below. Once you are on Cougar Drive: Turn left onto Cougar Circle. Go past Hunter Lane and start counting 10 houses on the left side of the street. After 10 houses you will see Cougar Terrace on the left (this is a small private street - we will tie balloons to the street sign). Turn left onto Cougar Terrace and go up the hill to double gates that lead to the estate. We will tie balloons to the gates. Drive through the gates, past the fountain, and someone will direct you to a place to park. Ticket Price for BBQ and Party: (10:30AM to 4:30PM) $25 Advance $30 At the Door Ticket Price for Party Only: (2:00PM to 4:30PM) $15 Advance $20 At the Door CARD MATCH GAME It's hard to meet new friends in a big place full of strangers - very intimidating. Something has to break down the barriers. At our Card Match game, even the shyest person meets everybody at the party! You'll be given a playing card. During the event, your job is to find a person of the opposite sex that has the same card. Once you find your matching card, you both go to the reception table to claim a prize. You are then free to continue meeting new people or chat with your match.  |
