| CARPOOL:
Saturday morning Jan 26, carpool from San Francisco, East Bay and San Jose area. Carpool times will be 5:00AM. We will arrive at the slopes around 9:30AM. Day 1 SATURDAY Tom III & Julia will wait for you at Heavenly Gondola side 9:30AM with your lift tickets (if you need group rate lift ticket). Ski until 4:30PM. Happy Hour 5:30PM at Harrahs Lake Tahoe. Group dinner (Harrahs Buffet) is optional. Day 2 SUNDAY Ski full day at Heavenly Carpool back to the Bay area at 5:00PM. Accommodation: Basecamp South Lake Tahoe (Very Good 8.2 Rating) * Family Room with 2 Queen bed and 2 Full Bed * Private beach * Restaurant and bar/lounge * Rooftop Terrace * Spa tub * Coffee/tea in a common area * Lobby fireplace * Free continental breakfast and free WiFi Harvey's or Harrahs Lake Tahoe (Very Good 8.2 Rating) * Premium Room 2 Queen Beds or 1 King * Casino and 5 restaurants * Full-service spa * Ski rentals * Health club * Valet parking * Free WiFi (Note: Two hotels one block from each-other). TRIP COST: $135 for One Person Queen bed at Harrahs's Lake Tahoe $105 for One Person Queen bed at Basecamp South Lake Tahoe $90 for One Person Full Bed at Basecamp South Lake Tahoe Inclusions: * 1 night hotel * Event Host * Breakfast at Basecamp South Lake Tahoe * Happy Hour at Harrahs. Recommended car & gas sharing $35 to pay the driver who will drive their own car for this trip. (If we use rental SUV, the cost will be the rental car+Gas). Ski Trip Cancellation Policy: Cancellation penalties apply to all Ski bus trips. A minimum administrative fee of $25 for weekend/bus trips.
