6:00AM San Jose Parking of Your Asian Connection headquarters 4320 Stevens Creek Blvd, San Jose, CA 95129 2nd Pick Up Location: 7:00 AM Parking lot of Pacific East Asian Shopping Mall (Ranch99) 3288 Pierce St. Richmond, CA 94804 Directions: Hwy 80, North. Exit on Central Ave. Turn right on 1st light. Turn right again at 2nd light (Valero gas station). * Please park on the street to avoid the possibility of your car being towed if left in the parking lot. Bus stops for 10 minutes ONLY!! at each stop, and then moves on. Please arrive early to allow enough time to park and unload your belongings. Group activities: Sat. Skiing at Heavenly (Bus arrive at Heavenly around 10:30AM) Sat. 6:30PM to 7:30PM "Happy Hour" at "to be determined" Party Suite (All drinks Free!!!) Sat. 7:30PM Dinner. Sunday Morning: 8:30 AM The bus will take the group to ski at Kirkwood Price: Member & Repeat Skier: $110.00 Non-member: $120.00 The cost includes: A. The bus cost and gratuities. B. Breakfast & lunch on the bus C. Hotel accommodations D. Snack and drinks on the bus when we come back. Payment: Scroll down to signup and pay. Hotel Rooms: Royal Valhalla Lodge:4104 Lakeshore Blvd. South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150 The Royal Valhalla is an absolutely beautiful hotel directly on the Lake the views are stunning especially sunsets.They have own private beach and offers a free Continental breakfast. An Outdoor Heated Pool And Jacuzzi. Free shuttle service is offered to the casinos. Does the cost include ski rental and lift pass? No. The cost does not include ski rentals & lift tickets, although we are able to obtain group rates. Lift ticket costs are as follows: Heavenly $64.00 Kirkwood $55.00 Ski Rental: Heavenly $20.00 Kirkwood $26.00 Can I have my own room? Yes. If you want to have own bedroom with queen bed, you will pay $30.00 more. We have Seven 3 bedroom bi-level suite - 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, 2 TVs and full kitchen. All connected by a private staircase. Sleeps 5 to 8 person per suite. *Roller bed-$10.00 discount *Queen bed -$10.00 more Do they offer first-time package? Yes they do. The package includes lift ticket, lesson, and ski rental. Heavenly is priced at $109.00, Kirkwood is priced at $69.00 Waiver and Release of Liability You need Sign WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY on the bus. Ski Trip Cancellation Policy Cancellation penalties apply to all YAC Ski trips. A minimum administrative fee of $25 for weekend/bus trips. In the event a cancellation occurs before a trip leaves and a replacement is found, deposits and payments will be refunded, less the YAC admin fee and any fees charged by the Hotel (if applicable). LOCAL SKI RENTAL PLACE Helm of Sun Valley Ski Shop The cost for the weekend (Thursday night - Monday) is $30 dollars.
