| Explore America's favorite National Park on a luxury trip! You will enjoy 2 days and 2 nights at a beautiful vacation home, hiking in Yosemite National Park. We provide the opportunity and our guides ensure a fun-filled, friendly atmosphere. This is a great way to meet other singles, see the sights and really explore Yosemite!
HIGHLIGHTS: * Vernal and Nevada Falls * Yosemite Fall * Chilnualna Falls * Two Nights at Upscale Vacation Home * Delicious Home Cooked Meals CARPOOLING: Recommended car & gas sharing $40 to pay the driver who will drive their own car for this trip. TRIP PLAN: FRIDAY- Leaving Bay Area after work. Carpool will be arranged. SATURDAY- Hiking the Mist Trail (Vernal and Nevada Falls)! Rising early we prepare breakfast and lunch and head off for a fun day in the park full of hiking, sightseeing and exploring. The Mist Trail is Yosemite's signature hike. While many of Yosemite's trails are popular due to having a single spectacular destination, the Mist Trail has fabulous views scattered all along it, beginning at the bridge overlook, progressing to two unforgettable waterfalls that fall a combined total of more than 900 feet. After whole day hiking, We will head house to cook a delicious meal (Italian Night), ending the day with some wine and social. SUNDAY- A. Chilnualna Falls before checking out of the home. B. Lower Yosemite Falls Loop. C. Lunch by picnic table at Yosemite Falls. c. Mirror Lake Trail if we have more time. TRIP COST: $168 Air-bed (Living Room) $188 Sofa Bed (Living Room) $228 Single bed (Shared room) $268 Queen bed (Shared room) This adventure includes 2 nights at beautiful vacation home, happy hours, 5 meals and all park fees. LUXURY VACATION HOME Beautiful and cozy 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom home sleeps up to 14 guests. Fully stocked kitchen, Dish Network satellite TV, WiFi, wood burning fireplace and jacuzzi! Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms: 1st Queen; 2nd Queen with ensuite bathroom; and 3rd with 2 Queens. There are also two hallway bathrooms. The main kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, gas oven/stove, and dual Keurig coffeemaker. The central hallway has a library full of books and an armoire with games. Upstairs there is an open mini kitchen/living area with dining table, TV, pull-out queen sofa sleeper, and one bedroom with 2 queen beds. French doors open from the living area to a small balcony. There is a full bathroom with a whirlpool tub. Outside, this home has a very large deck, much of it covered, with a gas BBQ, and a 6-person outdoor jacuzzi. Parking is ample. This is a smoke-free, pet-free home. Starlight Lodge is located just steps from the charming, locally owned, Pine Tree Market. Also within easy walking distance are day and overnight hiking trails and river access. AIR-BED SPACES: $168 This offers the advantage of saving money. You will have the bonus of being able to hang out in the house with everyone for as long as you would like. We will bring an air-bed and setup for you. TRIP CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation penalties apply to all our over night trips. A minimum administrative fee of $25 for weekend trips. In the event a cancellation occurs before a trip leaves and a replacement is found, deposits and payments will be refunded, less the admin fee.
