TRIP SCHEDULE: FRIDAY: HEAVENLY * Meeting at the gondola at 9:00AM * Ski or Ride until to 4:00PM * Happy Hour 5:00PM to 6:00PM Group dinner Optional SATURDAY: HEAVENLY * Meeting at the gondola at 9:00AM * Ski or Ride until to 4:00PM * Happy Hour 5:00PM to 6:00PM Group dinner Optional COST: $220 (Basecamp, single bed, shared room) $440 (3 Peaks Resort, king room for single or double occupancy add $40) The Package cost includes: 1. Arrange Carpool. 2. Hotel accommodations. 3. Friday & Saturday Happy Hour. Exclusions: 1. Gas & Car (Recommended gas & car sharing $50 for this trip). 2. Ski rental & Lift tickets. Ski Trip Cancellation Policy: Cancellation penalties apply to all Ski trips. A minimum administrative fee of $50 for weekend trips. In the event a cancellation occurs before a trip leaves and a replacement is found, deposits and payments will be refunded, less the admin fee and any fees charged by the Hotel (if applicable).  |
